DUBAI is hosting a world economic summit in the metaverse this week.

The United Arab Emirates has taken a prime position on the world stage in recent months thanks to hosting Expo 2020, an exhibition to showcase global innovation.

Delayed due to Covid, the 182 day event aims to celebrate the future, sustainability, and opportunity.

And the delay due to the pandemic has given the chance for new tech to become a part of the world collaboration.

Back in 2020, the metaverse was a term very few has heard of.

But the growth in interest in the digital space has led to virtual worlds playing a key role in the global gathering.
