A NEW NFT marketplace that wants to be the Amazon of the metaverse is set to launch.
NFT2Metaverse says it wants to take on OpenSea, the largest platform for buying and selling non-fungible tokens in the world.
With outlets in the most popular metaverses, it hopes says it will act as a store for designers to sell their products to users.
NFT wearables, artwork, and music will all be able to be sold via the outlet.
“You can compare NFT2Metaverse to the traditional Marketplaces like Amazon and eBay,” the company said in a statement.

“As a seller you can offer your self-designed digital products on the platform.
“As a consumer you can use the platform to purchase those digital products and then utilise them in the metaverse.
“For example, think of clothing, accessories, or other items for your avatar.
“This will be done in various metaverses and with users worldwide.”
NFT2Metaverse said it would first launch in Decentraland and The Sandbox before expanding into other virtual platforms.
Sellers using the marketplace can either pay a $99 monthly subscription for using the space or pay a 10 per cent levy on each transaction.
The company says it is planning to launch its first virtual stores in the metaverse in the first three months of next year.
It says it will trial the marketplace with 10,000 designers.
