KIARASH Hossainpour made over $1million from Bitcoin after investing just $45,000 he made from YouTube six years ago.

The 22-year-old from Berlin belongs to a generation of young crypto millionaires – some of whom are making more money than sports stars and senior fund managers.

Hossainpour got his first computer when he was ten years old. “I started playing games, but my father said, ‘Nah, stop playing, learn to program instead.'”

Hossainpour’s father was a programmer himself and taught him how to code. “At some point, my father told me, ‘Look at YouTube, these are two 20- to 30-year-olds, they created this site and now they’re billionaires.’ Why don’t you do something like that?”

Hossainpour started coding and building websites for gamers from internet forums after school.

For one website, he charged around $34.

“The gamers mainly wanted a websites building so they could sell items from games,” Hossainpour said.

“Some do newspaper rounds, I created WordPress sites.”

Hossainpour then started building websites for people on the dark web.

“As well as criminals, a lot of quite ‘run-of-the-mill’ people from the gaming scene hang out there.”

Instead of being paid in Euros, he received Bitcoin which at the time, eight years ago, was worth around $14.

But he exchanged it all for money. “I just thought Bitcoin was simply a payment method for illegal goods,” he said.

In 2013, Hossainpour experienced Bitcoin’s first rally when the cryptocurrency reached over $1,000.

By the end of November 2013, Bitcoin had soared 80-fold since the beginning of the year.

“If I had left what I earned in Bitcoin now, I would have a few thousand Euros by now. That’s why I started looking into it,” he said.

In 2016, aged 16 Hossainpour started a YouTube channel called “Kyle Hoss” where he made entertainment viral videos and reached 500,000 subscribers.

He made around $45,000 and invested it all into Bitcoin.

By the time he was 18, he was worth over $1million after the price of Bitcoin exploded in 2017.

His first car was a Ferrari 488 Spider, costing $227,000.

“Absolutely crazy and insane,” Hossainpour said. “Crypto is like a cheat code for the younger generation to get rich quick.”

Hossainpour now runs a YouTube channel all about crypto called ‘Hoss’ and invests in various cryptocurrencies.

He regularly posts pictures on Instagram of his expensive watches and designer clothes from brands like Richard Mille, Rolex, Gucci and Prada and is often seen driving Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Rolls-Royces.

Hossainpour said he’s aware Bitcoin’s price fluctuates, but he’s not afraid and doesn’t see it as a reason not to invest.

“I think you should be more willing to take risks when you’re young. You can lose everything at 24 and then still have a normal life at 26.”

Hossainpour mainly holds Bitcoin and Ethereum as well as Solana and Luna.

“Those are the four assets I believe in the most,” he said.
