Create digital assets
Users can make money in The Sandbox as creators by making and selling digital assets in The Sandbox Marketplace.
You can create any kind of item that users will use in The Sandbox, from trees to aircrafts.
To create a digital asset you need to download the free tool, VoxEdit.
1) Open the VoxEdit tool.
2) On the homepage, you’ll find two sections, rigging, and modelling.
3) If you want to export the created character, you need to go to the modeller section.
When you’ve created your digital asset you can export it to The Sandbox Marketplace.
1) Go to the Rigger Top Bar and navigate to the ‘File Option’.
2) Click on the “Export” option, which will open a list of menus.
3) Click ‘Export to Marketplace’.
4) Your NFT should be displayed in the marketplace ready to be sold.

Build and monetise games
In The Sandbox you can build your own games without any prior software development experience.
To create a game you need to download the “Game Maker” tool.
You can also add the digital assets you have created in VoxEdit.
You can then import the game you’ve created to The Sandbox LAND you own and invite other people to play.
You can charge other players for participating as it’s on your land.
Rent LAND
Users can rent out LAND they own in The Sandbox to other users who want to create, publish, and monetise games and other experiences.
The price you can rent your LAND out for will vary depending on a number of factors, from the size to its location and proximity to other popular communities and gaming experiences.
Buy and sell LAND
Virtual land can be worth as much as land in the real world and parcels have sold for millions of dollars.
Buying portions of LAND and then selling them when they have increased in value, can be lucrative.
You can also add digital assets to your LAND which will increase the price.
You can buy and sell LAND through The Sandbox Marketplace or through a third-party NFT exchange like OpenSea.
It’s important to note a portion of LAND may vary depending on a number of things from its size to location and additional features.

SAND is used to purchase assets as well as digital plots of land.
SAND currently trades at under $3.
By the end of the year, The Sandbox is expected to reach a minimum of $3.44 and a maximum of $4.06 according to DigitalCoinPrice.
